1982 FORD COURIER
Joe Lewis acquired the Ford Courier about 8 years ago. The truck was originally a stock leaf spring suspension truck. In the past 8 years the truck has gone from a stock suspension to a back half NHRA Certified quick Courier. Joe and Sllim Davis completely back halfed the truck. Paint job was done in one weekend by Joe, Eddie D. and the crew. The Ford Courier has won Fun Ford Events and has qualified #1 in a few Fun Ford Events and hopes to continue winning. The driver of the truck is Sheldon Lewis.

Engine: 531cubic inch all Ford Motor with aluminum Cobra Jet heads with mild port work done by Alvin Calhoun
